Wedding Stationery Policy

KGH Illustrates accepts orders on the basis that the following terms and conditions are understood and agreed to:

KGH Illustrates tries their best to replicate the colour and texture of papers and cards available, but cannot take responsibility for the variations that occur due to different monitor resolutions. Some colours and textures may not be an exact representation of colours and textures in person.

Please be aware that due to the handmade nature and assemble to order we do not offer refunds on unwanted products.

Please note, it is the customers responsibility to check for mistakes on the information they send to us and on the proofs received. If there are mistakes on the order past the point of the proof being approved, KGH Illustrates does not take responsibility for this. If customers require corrections and reprinting, there will be a charge for the work to be carried out. Work on the order will not commence until the customer approves the proofs and the remaining payment has been received.

A 50% non refundable deposit is required when placing your order. Print and production will only take place when the remaining full payment is received.

Bespoke custom orders:

Customers will receive proofs of their design. Proofs must be approved and full payment must be received before any further work can commence. Bespoke custom orders can be cancelled if the customer is not happy with the proof. No further payment will be taken for production if the customer is not happy with the final proof. After proofs have been approved, any cancellations will incur a fee for the work already completed, which will be deducted from the payment received. If a customer wants to make changes after the proof has been approved, there will be a charge for the work already completed that is no longer required.

Delivery times are estimates. You will be notified of your estimated delivery time once your package has been posted.

There is a minimum order requirement of 30 per item to keep costs low. If you require extra items when the order is completed there will be an extra reprint charge of £10. If your reprint is under 30 items, the cost of the item will be higher. It is recommended to order more that you need initially to prevent you from having to reorder.

KGH Illustrates reserves the right to change prices and details at any given time, including the terms and conditions.
